The Ethiopian National Consensus Forum (ENCF) is a non political
and non religious network of Ethiopians from all walks of life
and diverse nationalities of Ethiopia residing in the UK. The
Forum is established to enable Ethiopian Nationals and People
of Ethiopian origin to come together to promote Vital National
Interest of the nation irrespective of their political affiliation.
Consensus forum is a registered charity
in the UK and recently launched a radio programme called Voice
of consensuses from January 2008 and have been broadcasting
live from London on Voice of Africa Radio (94.3 FM), the only
licensed African radio station serving African Communities.
Our show focuses on the following themes
- Promotion of peace building activities among the people
of the Horn through dialogue.
- Mobilization of Ethiopians and friends of Ethiopia in the
fight against poverty.
- Creation of awareness in the wide campaign to prevent HIV/AIDS
and other pandemics.
- Promoting the emancipation of women in achieving equal rights
and role in a society
